Kontax exists to build the ultimate BMWs for enthusiasts who expect more.

With roots in engineering, motorsport, and true BMW obsession, we create cars that respect the badge—and the driver. Our builds are never generic: every Kontax project is a collaboration, engineered and tailored from first sketch to final setup.

Our HQ is located in East Anglia and we have our own workshops in Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Greece, Virginia US, SoCal US and soon we will also be in the Middle-East. Allowing us to take on projects for clients worldwide, working with proven motorsport suppliers and the best craftsmen in the business. Whether it’s an F80, E30, CSL or something rarer, we combine motorsport-grade upgrades with modern usability, reliability, and taste. We have built and still build Cosworth drag monsters, WRC racecars and daily's. More of a niche market with a problematic parts acquisition. Parts and manufacturers of such parts are getting smaller every year. We also service, maintain & store supercars for our clients. No job is too small or too big for us, we can use your own parts, whether used or new to keep the costs(so long as they are usable) down for our clients. And we can also provide just the parts for our clients and let them take on the project themselves or use their trusted local garages. With global trade accounts we can almost certainly beat any retail price. Deep down we are motorsport enthusiasts and always happy to help our clients to get where they want to be, however they prefer.
